It is recommended that users begin with the courses most relevant to the software versions they own. For example, if the user has Adobe CC installed on their computer, they would probably want to start with the courses that feature Adobe CC. This will allow the user to follow along with the project files that are available with most of the courses via download. 

Another approach is to watch all the courses related to the software that is most critical to them. For example, if their greatest need is to learn Illustrator, then they can watch all the Illustrator courses before the others. It really is a matter of preference or need.
