If you have titles that are not appearing in your player you may need to do a reset

To reset your account account:

  1. Launch Purple Player on your computer.  If you need to download the player you can access it here - https://totaltraining.com/total-purple-launchpad/
  2. Login to the Player
  3. Click the gear icon on the top right corner.
  4. Select Reset Account.
  5. Log in to your account.
