Your site license has now been provisioned. Below are instructions on how to provide your end-users access.

Site License Total Training

Your FIRST step to experience Total Training as administrator is to reset your password.

This link will ask for your email address and send you an email to reset your password.

To set up your site license for your end-users, please follow the steps below.

  1. Please log in to the Site License Dashboard https://dashboard.platformpurple.com/sitelicense/
    (We recommend bookmarking this page so you can return to it) 
  2. You will send out the registration link to your users from the site license dashboard by entering their email address. 
  3. Your users will sign up for their seat in this site license using their own email addresses and setting up their own password. (Or you can create generic email addresses and password for multi-person use) 
  4. Users then log in to the player using their own individual account credentials. https://player.platformpurple.com/
  5. Then you (as the site license manager) can now export reports of their usage because their usage is now tied to a unique account. 

Our platform uses email address and password as the login credentials. Since we do not use usernames.

To get started online with our online streaming portal, just go to https://player.platformpurple.com/ and start exploring.

If buffering gets you down, or you would otherwise prefer to download your courses for offline viewing, there’s an app for that! The Total Training Launchpad works on Mac or PC, as well as iOS and Android devices, and you can get it here (http://totaltraining.com/total-purple-launchpad/).
